Initially, I've created this page for listening in the car while commuting to work. My laptop is always with me and is always online. Large icons are for easy switching between radiostations while driving. If your Internet connection is slow, see if selected channel allows you to lower the streaming rate, i.e. switch from 128K to 22K.

This page is also handy at work - while programming, I prefer listening to the radio than to these annoying and often loud conversations of my colleagues.

Have you been in a situation when you have people over and after several shots of adult beverages your wife says,"Honey, people want to dance. Do you have a CD with some good dance music?" The evening may be spoiled if you do not react quickly. Do not bother searching for a CD - just bring your laptop to the dining room with decent computer speakers, open this page and click on the button Disco'80th. Do not like it? Click on the YouTube button, find your favorite performers and dance to their music. The evening is saved!

If you are not sure what headphones or computer speaker's to purchase, I can just tell you what I use: Bose Around Ears headphones
If you do not want to spend this much for stinkin' headphones, get tiny and light foldable Sony headphones.

These are my JBL Spot computer speakers.

Currently, this page includes a combination of music, radio and talk shows in English and Russian - I'm fluent only in these two languages (plan to learn French one day).

I'll allocate 3-4 hours within the next two months and will add a configuration piece to this page, so you'll be able to re-configure it to listen to the radio stations that you like.

Yours,
Yakov Fain
